It can be reserved for a tenant on either a monthly or yearly basis.

In addition, customers can access all the sought-after amenities and facilities within the residence that our property owners are entitled to.
Our marketing team will promote the program both online and offline to maximise the chance of the owner’s property to be rented.
The tenant/customer directly books the unit they wish to stay from our company website (HyRental Program Section).
HyRental team will arrange a photo shoot inside the owner’s property and upload it to the website with a rental price.
